These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Mana Panic, the Mana Panic public guide, and related High Leverage Studios services. By using Mana Panic, you agree to these terms.
Game Status And Eligibility
Mana Panic is an in-development single-player and co-op browser game from High Leverage Studios. Features, balance, rewards, prices, progression, and availability may change as the game evolves.
You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to use the service where you live. Do not use Mana Panic if you are under the age required by the laws that apply to you, or if a parent or guardian has not approved your use when approval is required.
Accounts And Responsibility
Some features can be used as a guest, while account-backed progression, premium status, purchases, referrals, public party features, and validated leaderboards may require an HL account session.
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, device, browser session, referral link, display name, party name, or other player-controlled text. Keep account credentials private and do not share access with people who should not use your account.
Do not put sensitive personal information in display names, party names, referral labels, or other player-controlled text because those fields can be shown to other players or operators.
Fair Play And Service Integrity
Use Mana Panic respectfully. Do not attack, overload, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer for abuse, automate unfair play, exploit bugs, manipulate validated run submissions, bypass account or co-op controls, or access systems that are not meant for you.
High Leverage Studios may limit, suspend, reset, or remove access, progression, leaderboard entries, referrals, virtual benefits, or player content when needed to protect the service, other players, payment integrity, or fair play.
Offline Play And Local Data
Mana Panic can cache shipped game assets and some progression state in your browser for offline-capable play. Browser storage can be cleared by you, your browser, device maintenance tools, or private browsing settings.
Local-only progress, settings, screenshots, exports, and cache data may not be recoverable if browser storage is cleared, corrupted, or unavailable. Account-backed progress depends on the account systems that are available at the time you play.
Virtual Benefits
Mana Panic may include virtual benefits such as Lux Coins, premium status, wardrobe cosmetics, mounts, shards, account progression, unlocks, leaderboard records, referral stats, or other in-game benefits.
Virtual benefits are limited licenses for use inside Mana Panic and related High Leverage Studios services. They are not money, stored value, securities, property, or redeemable cash unless High Leverage Studios expressly says otherwise in writing.
Virtual benefits may be adjusted, rebalanced, expired, removed, or made unavailable when needed for game balance, technical operation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service changes.
Payments, Refunds, And Disputes
Purchases, premium, Lux Coins, or other paid benefits may be handled through payment providers, including card processors such as Stripe, Pix providers, and stablecoin wallet infrastructure when those payment rails are enabled. Checkout may show USD card, BRL card, Pix BRL, or Base USDC/USDT-style stablecoin wallet options depending on the current runtime and account eligibility.
For stablecoin wallet checkout, the token transfer and the claim or crediting step can be separate actions. Use only the network, token, order, amount, and treasury or payment address shown by the checkout flow, and complete the claim or crediting flow when the payment screen requires it.
Payment providers may have their own terms, privacy notices, fees, identity checks, fraud checks, refund processes, and dispute handling.
Unless a purchase screen or applicable law says otherwise, digital benefits are delivered for use in Mana Panic and are not automatically refundable after delivery or use. Contact High Leverage Studios if a purchase fails, is duplicated, is not delivered, or appears unauthorized.
Do not abuse chargebacks, payment disputes, regional pricing, referral rewards, or payment-provider flows. High Leverage Studios may reverse benefits, limit account access, or preserve records when investigating payment problems or abuse.
Co-op, Public Parties, And Player Content
Co-op and public party features can expose display names, party metadata, room availability, invitations, run state, player appearance, and gameplay activity to other players who join or inspect those sessions.
You are responsible for player-controlled content you enter or share. Do not use names, links, or messages that are abusive, deceptive, illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or designed to impersonate others.
High Leverage Studios may moderate, hide, remove, or block player-controlled content and sessions when needed to operate the service or protect players.
Referrals And Leaderboards
Referral links and referral tracking are intended to help players share Mana Panic and understand traffic attributed to their links. Referral stats can include clicks, sign-ups, purchases, source hosts, and recent activity when data exists.
High Leverage Studios may change referral eligibility, custom link rules, cooldowns, stats, fraud checks, campaign terms, or future reward programs. Do not promise rewards to others unless a current official campaign clearly authorizes that promise.
Validated leaderboards and public records can show display names, run results, vocation, ascension, party context, equipment, build summaries, and other gameplay details from accepted submissions. High Leverage Studios may remove or correct entries that are invalid, abusive, duplicated, or affected by bugs.
Public Guide And Availability
The Mana Panic guide, wiki, patch notes, legal pages, and leaderboards are provided as player-facing references. They may contain generated data from the shipped game and may lag behind active development briefly.
Mana Panic is provided as available. High Leverage Studios may update, interrupt, restrict, or discontinue parts of the game or guide, including account-backed or co-op features, when needed for maintenance, security, operations, or product direction.
Updates And Contact
High Leverage Studios may update these terms as the game changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
